Wonderful pillow spray. I have started to spray this on my pillow and my chest before bed and I absolutely love it! I feel like I am able to go to sleep faster wen using this. You need love the smell of lavender because it definitely has a strong smell.

I will start by saying I am not an essential oil person and can't stand overwhelming smells like incense or perfume. I have a cat that's 17 and I'm trying everything to help her not freak out in the middle of the night and wake me up. Anyway, doesn't work for the cat-I think she's just a furry defect (haha). BUT I thought I'd try a little on myself before I go to bed and I've actually been sleeping better at night. It has a nice fragrance.
