I've had a positive experience with Gya Labs oils overall, but would recommend that they improve their packaging

This is a BIG bottle, comes with both a cap and a dropper cap. Smell fantastic as both a component scent for hand sanitizer and in the diffuser. I mix four drops of this with two drops of strawberry and my apartment smells like non-sticky strawberry lemonade all day. I know that's a lot but I like the smell. Plenty potent but even if its not, there's plenty of it.

I received Tea Tree oil

Bought a bottle of this product about a year ago. It was pretty good. It did help give me some relief. I was running low and decided to re-order and the new oil is not the same product at all. The original product was obviously an oil. This is like colored water.

I used it on face, it started to burn, had to wash it off

This product is inferior to the ones I am used to, it smells weird

This lemon oil form Gyalabs smells good, but when used in diffuser, the scent dissipates in few minutes
