The biggest problem with this essential oil is that the stopper gives out way more oil drops than needed. I use these essential oils in baths and even when I only want to pour out a few drops, it will give out 10-15 times that amount. I noticed that the stopper was a problem when I opened them from the mail and found the caps saturated in oil. While the lemon essential oil I also bought from them smelled like lemons, I can't say that their lime essential oil smells anywhere near what limes smell like. I have tried to request a refund or exchange for the Lime oil from Gya Labs but don't trust their satisfaction guarantee, they will respond to you only once and stop responding to you once you ask them for a refund or exchange even after 3 emails. While Gya essential oils are cheaper than other essential, I don't think they're worth the hassle with such bad, inconsistent customer service and in the long run, you might end up using and paying more because of the excessive oil the stopper gives.UPDATE: Eliza from Gya Labs finally contacted me and made sure my situation got resolved. The two extra stars were for the customer service but really it should be an extra 1.5 stars for taking several weeks to finally respond back.

This is a wonderful essential oil! It really livens up the room in my diffuser. My wife always compluments me when I wear it. I will be ordering this again.
