This oil smells really good, my hubby loves it!! And the customer service and shipping was phenomenal!

I was satisfied with a product that I ordered from Gya Labs that I decided to buy another product, which was the Ylang-Ylang organic essential oil. As soon as I opened the parcel it came in, there was a huge 10 cm diameter of oil spillage in the carton. The small, white packaging which the essential oil came in was crushed and the bottle’s lid was already cracked open. I was expecting the same quality of delivery like the other product I had ordered (Manuka essential organic oil) from Gya Labs. The scent of Ylang-Ylang smells quite artificial and I feel like my eyes and nose burn from the scent after 30 mins.
