I suffer with perioral dermatitis and only a handful of things helps. A zinc cream or serum is great to control this, i've tried a few creams and it does not help. This serum so far has been gentle, helps my flare ups and goes great straight in the skin or mixed with a thick cream in the autumn/ winter! Would highly recommend this serum if you need a high strength zinc serum for your sensitive skin!

Niacinimide is excellent for working on brown spots and melasma.

Thus stuff is the best! My husband and I are both hooked! This is our third bottle. Our complexion is clear, moisturized and tighter.

After using it a week it seemed to break out my skin around the lips. I was using it above my lips. I experimented to see if it was something else that might be doing it, and then returned to it a couple days, and broke out again. The rest of my face did not react this way. I do not have a history of cold sores, etc. It was definitely small, oily cysts.
