Was looking for an lil that would smell like straight up cardamom. This isn’t it. The scent here is fine, just not my vision of cardamom.

I suffer from severe pregnancy nausea, where I'm sick majority of the day. It's pretty bad actually, but I'm pleased to say that this essential oil gives me a form of relief. I diffuse it throughout the day with orange essential oil to give me a pep in my step, at night though I use it alone and man...it's beautiful. I put on my music and diffuser and find a subtle relief from it. If you are looking for a nice scent that does in fact relax you go for it. I believe next time I'll order lavender oil with it, because I'm quite sure that would be a winner. Sidenote: I don't use this oil as my only means of getting through morning sickness, but it certainly is something I can't see myself taking away...because it truly is part of the equation in finding the solution.

Smells like fresh cracked cardamom, refreshing and energizing. Love it!

I bought this to see if it would help with my vertigo. I used one drop and had a severe allergic reaction to it. It is probably too potent to use as pure. After my allergic reaction it did stop the spinning and nausea. I will not be putting this behind my ear or body again. I don't have a problem smelling it but, it doesn't do anything for me. I will probably stick to peppermint since that helps the most for me.
