Helps for sinus and allergy, make you breathe better. The smell is a bid strong, but use a bid. Very helpful.

This product is greatI usually use olbas oil for congestion but this is way more effective.This oil also has a lovely fragrance to it which is pleasant to even sprinkle around just for that purpose alone.My daughter sleeps much better as this product has helped her blocked nose massively

Bought this since got a bit of chest congestion after burning some of this liquid on my oil burner stand it smelled nice and really helped ease my chest congestion a bit. The aroma lasts for a few days as well which is brilliant so you don't have to use some more straight away.

It did what was advertised ...so first lass.
