Alone the peppermint and eucalyptus combined make an excellent breathe blend, which makes me wonder who exactly blends these oils? The best breathe blend out there is Olbas Oil, it's been sold worldwide for years and contains pretty much all the same oils, the difference is what makes this blend suspect making me feel that gya doesn't mix their oils, instead buying something generic and bottle it with their logo on it. If you get regular congestion this iss unlikely to work for you.

I use this for my elderly mother's aromatherapy while she sleeps, and I think it helps her quality of sleep.

It doesn't have a strong smell which is not what i wanted.

Didn't seem to make a difference, very light scent. Even when I put 12 drops in my diffuser.

Smell isn't too strong and it does what it says! Used in my humidifier and diffuser.
