I bought this to help my son sleep when he was suffering with a cold and blocked nose. He slept much better and liked it so much that he insists on having a diffuser with this oil on every night when he goes to sleep.

Glorious scent. So far I have used the oil in a diffuser to help with sinus and chest congestion. Very soothing and great for unwinding.

Brilliant value for money.. gets rid of all coughs and runny/stuffy noses.. I have bought this item loads of times and recommended to friends
