I bought it to put in hair oil. Hopefully it works!

Need more instruction on how to use it Not sure if my hair it's going to grow hoping it will in time I will know

Amazing pain relief. I have a two month old sprain that was still so painful bumping it during night would wake me up. Putting hair in pony tail was a trial, hand was more of an assist to hold hair, couldn't twist elastic with it. Any movement from straight position very painful. Could even hold an onion against cutting board to dice it. I used castor oil as a carrier oil, added a few drops (at first used too many and sort of "burned" like cinnamon does when use too much) and rubbed into wrist. About a half hour or so later needed to pull hair up and I was able to use that hand! Sure it still hurt but it was almost half of the previous intensity and was able to tolerate it enough to help twist elastic. Wrist is far from being fixed but being able to use it as an assist makes things so much easier. Have fibromyalgia and arthritis in spine, it helps with pain &.getting comfortable enough to fall asleep easier. I've never had much success with pain meds or pain relief creams and was stunned how well this worked. Of course I have to reapply thruout the day but you'd have to do that with other products too. Would be amazing to soak in a vat of this stuff.
