I never write reviews but on this product I had to. I was having trouble staying asleep at night, so I thought I would try the roll on. I now get a good night sleep, my daughter tried it on my grandkids and it works like a charm.

Anyone who has sleep problems should try this. Just before getting in bed rub some on bottom of feet and your pressure point on ears, neck and wrist. this aids in sleep
